All prints will ship out within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. In addition to our own processing timeline, please allow for time in transit. Most orders take 3-5 business days in transit. Large orders will require a signature at delivery.

• FedEx Ground: arrives 1–5 business days after shipment within the continental US*
• FedEx Ground: arrives 3–7 business days after shipment to Hawaii*
• FedEx 2 Day: arrives 2 business days after shipment within the continental US*

FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes & does not deliver on US bank holidays. Note that if you place an order during a week of a holiday, that shipment might be delayed by an additional day.

Open-edition prints are artworks that have no predetermined number of copies. They can be reproduced indefinitely, meaning there is no limit to how many can be created. This characteristic makes them more accessible and less exclusive than Limited Edition prints.

Limited Edition prints are produced specific sizes at a set quantity, and no more copies are made once that number is reached. This limitation inherently increases their value and makes them more exclusive.

All Tommy Joyce Limited Edition prints to come with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate will include details like the print number in the edition and the artist's seal of original creation, further adding to the print's value.

Owning a Limited Edition print offers a different kind of emotional satisfaction. Knowing that only a specific number of these prints exist can add a layer of enjoyment and pride to your investment.

Tommy Joyce prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Hawaii & International orders.

• Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by email.
• Prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
• Return shipping label will be provided. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
• 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.
